My roommate leaves Beijing this week. So his room is available from May 29 to June 23 (when the lease contract expires ; after which the apartment should be available for a new short or long term lease).

Located near Sanlitun area (International Wonderland compound), the apartment is 135 sqm with 2 bedrooms (each with a king size bed), 2 bathrooms, 1 big dressing room, 1 livingroom and 1 kitchen.
