Shuangjing area Genertime International 时代国际apartments are just one stop to Guomao bridge, but it is almost half the price of those in Guomao area, which is 15mins away by walk and at most 5mins by bike from shuangjing area. There are Fuli square, Shuangjing subway station,Carrefour, and also several high-quality communities around.

And the key point is it is just 2mins walk to shuangjing subway station. The community dates back to 2006 though, it is clean and pretty new because the majority of the apts here are small one, like studio and 1br. Young people are the residents here.
