Hello,

I am currently looking for a roommate to fill the second room in my 2 bedroom apartment. I am a 24 year old male. I work full time, so don't have time to go out very often. However, I do enjoy a couple of beers here and there. My girlfriend practically lives with me, so you would have to get along with her as well.

We are generally pretty clean, and have an Ayi that comes at least once a week. The location is quite good (XiWangZhuang in Wudaokou). It's right behind the Lion King/Soju Bar/Global Club Building.

Rent is 2,300 RMB per month for the room.

There's a bedroom with a bathroom available in Wudaokou, Lindabeilu, Wenchengjiezuo (only 10kuai from wudaokou subway station). The location is really nice! As I know, it's the most quite place in Wudaokou area!

The apartment has got 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. The living room is huge, the whole apartment is pretty spacious. Utilities fee will share with flatmate. At the moment there's a korean girl living in the master bedroom. She's cool in everyway. She barely speaks english so it's really helpful if you r learning chinese. The place is really really nice!! I wouldn't move out if I weren't moving back to my country.
