I'm about to leave Beijing and am looking for someone to move into my room. </p> <p>The room is of a decent size in a well-kept flat shared with two Chinese guys who are very easy-going and who both speak excellent English. The flat is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from Liangmaqiao metro (Line 10), with numerous buses a few minutes away. It is also within walking distance of the Lufthansa Centre, Airport Express station and Sanlitun.</p> <p>It should be available from the middle of June, and long term roommates are preferred. The rent is 1800/month, paid in 3 month instalments with 1 month's deposit up front.
