Hi there,my aprt is close to BISU(Beijing International Studies University)and there is a BRT to GUO MAO(CBD). The smaller room which is faced to the south and with veranda is for rental. I am looking for a roomate who has a quiet life and who is well educated and has good living habit. Room rental is RMB 1550/month.

Looking for 1-2 female roomate(s) to share a 2 bedroom apartment in a nice residential compound Tongzhou. I am a Chinese female currently occupying the master bedroom. My bedroom contains the master bath and there is another shared bathroom (no shower). There are two beds and a desk in the unoccupied room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large TV and couches in the living room which has a nice view as the apartment is on the 10th floor. The closest subway station is Jiukeshu and there is a bus that goes to Guo Mao. Asking RMB 1,300 if one person takes the room, 1,500 if two people.
