you must rent it before 25 january. house is avaliable from 10 january. you can sign half a year or one year . you must pay internet for half a year at first which is 700 rmb (6 months with twice fast speed. the cheapest alternative) . landlord is living in the next room a friendly landlord indeed repairs things without asking any money.i didnt have time to tidy the room its all messy but i will clean it before you move. all intelligent people are messy anyway add my msn if you want to see with webcam or just send sms and come directly
