Convenient: next to the Gu Lou Sub Station, the north second ring road nearby. The new line of metro would be expected to be completed in the end of this year. So, this position has quite considerable long-term value.

Quality: Landlady’s husband is engineer; they did their best for it, every wood, tail, floor, and even painting on the wood. You can feel that they are using their “heart” to decorate and protect it.

Style: exterior is traditional feeling, interior is mixed by traditional and modern. kitchen and bath are obvious.
