The room for rent is quite large. It has it's own bathroom with a bathtub and it's own balcony. The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, a living room with another balcony, a dining room, a large kitchen and a laundry room. You would be living with an awesome guy and girl both from America. The total rent for the apartment is 10,500RMB but since the room is so large and has it's own bathroom the rent it 4,500RMB to be paid every two months.
