As to apartment,you'll be sharing it with 2 Russian and 1 Chinese girls (all of them have their own contract with an agency for a room).24/h hot water,air conditioning,wi-fi etc. all conveniences which you may need))
Payment is every 3 month+1 month deposit,rent fee is 1700rmb/month(maintenance fees are not included)
