Bar in houhai

We are looking for someone to take over the bar we opened in Houhai. Due to personal reasons(leaving china and my Chinese girlfriend having found another job) we don’t have time to take care of the bar anymore, so we are looking for people to take over, it is about 80sqm on two floors, fully equipped. You can put 2-3 tables outside. The transfer fee would be about 200k(open to discussion) and the rent is 6500/month. The bar is not with all the noisy bars in houhai so it is possible to do something different.
