It's a great place if you are a student of Chinese who would like to escape residence and live with cool Chinese people (my Chinese improved tenfold after moving in here). Come by and have a look. The apartment is located on WeiGongCun road (魏公村) close to MinZu DaXue road (民族大学西路). It's right beside Beijing foreign studies University (北京外国语大学）and not far from Beijing Renmin University (人民大学) 5 minute walk to Weigongcun subway station.
