my flatmate left her room and now I am looking for a new tenant who wants to move in as soon as possible

The flat: The apartment is new and my flatmate and me are the first tenants of it. We moved in in September. The apartment is in a wing of a new opened hotel. Everything in is Western standard, great bathroom with glass wall shower and huge mirror. An open kitchen at the entrance of the apartment together with a big living room with 2 sofas and a TV. Of course there is a washing machine, which even washes warm and hot!!!

Your Room: From the living room you get in your room through a Japanese style sliding room. In the room there is a Queen size bed, a desk, chair as well as a wardrobe. The view is great, to the south, on a small park. In the background you can see the TV tower which is illuminated in the evening. The huge windowsill is great to relax on and enjoy the view or read a book.

Hey all!

So, I'll be embarking on a bike tour and my room will be for rent beginning June 1! I want to find my roommates an awesome replacement though, so hopefully one of you is fit for the job. The roommates are two Xinjiangers (a boy and girl from Beida who majored in English (i.e. their English is practically better than mine)) and an excellent lao beijinger girl. All pay their bills scrupulously, are excellent roommates, and are probably going to be willing to help you with your Chinese if that's a thing ;)
