I'm a Spanish girl looking to share an apartment in Pingod, the apartment has two bedrooms (around 98sqm).
It is on a high floor, it has AC in all rooms and an oven in the kitchen! It has nice views, especially at night, we got carrfour nearby also many restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy... organic store.. everything you need :)

Nearest subways are Shuangjing and Guomao.

The rent is 2600 per month plus bills. The room will be available from next wednesday!

I want to renting out my main master room out, you can stay for short or long term!
my community named: shuang hui yuan, its located 300 meters south of shuang qiao subway station, very convinient for life, here has 3 big supper market and 1 huge farmer's market, KFC is 20 meters from the station, if you are working in the CBD area thats the best choice for you!
The Polish guy will moving out end of this month. my wife and I are living here now with him, we're a young couple also,just get married for 2 years, we both can speak english! we're very friendly people......if you are living with us we can help you a lot here.
for the whole house is 85sqm, we're on the 2nd floor, facing south and north, the main bedroom has a big bacony, for the room has computer desk and chair/big wardrobe/double sized bed, and small tea table for you to use.
for the rent is if you are staying for long term is 2000rmb/month, paying every 2 months to me, and for the utilities is 200rmb for each person;and short term is 2100rmb plus 200rmb(utilites)=2300rmb.
you can stay from 1 month start or more.....if you like here.

im looking for new nice roommate for 2 bedrooms apmt in Hopson International Park (10 min walking distance to Exit A Shuangjing station, subway line 10 and 15 min to Jianwai Soho Guomao) .

The appartment is fully furnished and clean, located in a quite and modern area with banks, grocery stores with delivery, laundery, restaurants around. There is a living room, kitchen with all stuff(water cooler, microwave, oven, cookware ets), 1 bathroom and a small cabinet room in the apt.
Your bedroom is around 16 square meters with a kingsize bed, bedside table and big closet in it.
The rent is 3600 RMB per month (pre-payment should be done for three months plus one month deposit). We share Internet (wireless), water, electricity, gas fees. and i like clean, but not crazy of it, so ayi twice a week is necessary for comfort living ) this cost we also share.
The total price of the apmt is 7500, and both bedrooms are enough big. Its really good prise for such apt. The rent contract is till November, 9.
