Hi,

I'm moving out in three weeks, so I need someone to take my room. I live in a tasteful, fully-furnished apartment in Haidian, right near the Beijing Capital Normal University (5min walk).
The rent is 2100 RMB per month.
The room's the biggest among the three rooms, with a spacious desk, a double bed, though you'd have to share a toilet with one of the other roommate. We're available this week if you're interested to check out the place. I have three roomates: two chinese and one tunisian!

One big and bright room fully furnished with balcony. The flat has three bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen. The rent is 1500 RMB per month. The flat is to be shared with two friendly italian girls.
The flat is next to Capital Normal University and there are many bus stops nearby, plus line 10 and line 6 stations, that are due to open soon, are just one minute walk.
