Hi all.
Recently i rented an excellent apartament close to Chaoyang park, but because of my work i need to move to HK.
So, right now i want to find someone who will rent it from me.
Apartament is located on the 20-th floor at the building in the Kandu 瞰都 community, which is close to the north gate of the Chaoyang park.
The area is very nice and many foreigners live here.
Apartament is very clean and cozy, there is one living room, one bedroom, kitchen and shower room.
You can enjoy the excellent view from the large windows.
During winter it is very warm, and in summer it is not hot inside.
It is also not far from the Lucky Street, Jenny Lou and other supermarkets in the area.
Very quiet neighbours.
Ofcourse, there are internet, hot water, nice elevators and 24-hour security.
All apartament's furniture and most of electronics belongs to the owner.
Everything is standart for the good and modern community.
My contract will last till January 2013, and it is possible to exceed it.
You can easy check by yourself, but you won't find such apartament for the such price at this community.
Rent is just 3700 rmb/month.
