Hi I'm a Spanish guy working in Beijing. I just rent a nice 2-bed roommate in Lishui Garden, next to Chaoyang Park. It's about 90sqm and on the 23rd floor and facing the Garden. You can see attached pictures.
The room costs RMB3200/month, including the management fee, excluding the utility fee. 1 month deposit and 3 months payment.

The room will be available from the 1st of June.

My roommate is moving back to the states and I will have our apartment for another month. I'm looking for someone trustworthy to move into his room. The apartment is great and the room will be completely livable and comfortable with a rather large futon and full bedding.

Must be 420 friendly/enthusiastic.

We also recently had a company called O2ganic come and bring out air purifying plants. This includes all the plants in the pics which drastically helps with air quality, as well as looking wonderful.

We have a very trustworthy english speaking house keeper that comes every sunday morning to completely clean the place, fold and wash laundry, do dishes, etc...
