Hello. I am living in Chaoyang Park West Street (in Zaoying Nanli), close to the West Door of the Park, not far away from Solana and 8 Hao Gongguan. I need to move in a few days and would like to find somebody to come to live to the apartment I am leaving.

It has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen. With a balcony in one of the bedrooms. It's in the 15th floor. The rent fee is 4,200 RMB/month and don't need to pay any commision; just the monthly rent (to be paid once every 3 months) and the deposit, which is equal to one month.
