Long-term in Beijing... looking for an old place to build up my own comfortable home feeling. Preferable old fabrication place, high sealing, light and useable with main supplies (like in 798). Since this wouldn't be my first renovation - build up an house in Germany, renovated a weekend house in Italy, build up a weekend house in the north west mountain of Beijing - I can assure some quality renovation. Me, German, medicin technician in high and stable position, 40 years without family. For reasonable rent per month and long-term contract I would renew everything on my own cost.
To buy could be as well an option.
