Easygoing male Canadian teacher, 40, is looking for a roommate for nice, well-lit apartment in dongsi shitiao (one stop south of Dongzhimen)

Your bedroom is 2600. The only thing that sucks is you have to pay a 1300 yuan agency fee. I did too. And the usual, 3 months and deposit upfront.

But its in a super location, a nice friendly neighbourhood, we're 10 minutes walk to Dongzhimen and 5 to Dongsishitiao.

You:
are a non smoker (this is a must, I quit 6 months ago so noooo temptations)
are willing to commit for 6 months (I dont wanna do this again in September)
are considerate
have a life (I dont want a couch potato roommate)
have a sense of humour
don't bring ladies of the night home
don't have a partner who thinks this is their apartment too (I want ONE flatmate only!)
are willing to get a cleaning lady in here once a month

I'm leaving my lovely apartment and looking for someone to take over!

Great location - Less than 5 minutes walk to line 2 Dongsishitiao (东四十条) subway station
25 minutes walk to Sanlitun or Nanlouguxiang (10 minutes by bus).

The apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment - completely renovated, fully furnished, has 24 hour hot water, central heating, fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, air-con etc…

The room itself is VERY big, has a balcony, very bright and quiet since it overlooks an inner courtyard. Fully furnished – with a double bed, closet, desk and an air-con.

The roommate is a really sweet French guy but he's also leaving pretty soon so if you are two people looking to move in together, here is your chance!

The room will be available from the beginning of June until the end of my contract Oct. 1st. After that you will be able to sign a new contract for yourself.
