Hi everyone,this is not an agency ad!!!

I am leaving for one month in Italy from June 15 to July 15, therefore my room will be available for sublet for this 1 month. You will be sharing in a very multicultural environment with a guy from Britain and a girl from NYC.

About the apt:
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 full kitchen, 1 bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It has full appliances with a fridge, microwave oven, 2 washing machine, TV, DVD player, tons of movies, wireless internet and cable TV, 4 ACs in every room plus the living room. Smoking in the kitchen. No pets.

About the location:
Dongsishitiao is one of the best neighborhood in Beijing.

Apt is:
5 min walk from dongsishitiao subway station
5 min walk from Ghost street (the most famous restaurants street in BJ)
10 rmb taxi ride to Sanlitun (most famous bar street in BJ)
Very close to gym, shopping mall, supermarket, Mandarin school, the long distance bus station, almost has everything within reach.

Hi everyone,

I am leaving for a month travel in Italy from June 15 to July 15, therefore my room will be available for sublet for this 1 month.

About the room: It is on the first floor of the apt, you will be sharing the bathroom with Magret, a grad student on speech pathology from NY. The room is about 3.5 x 4.5, furnished with a double bed, study desk, wardrobe and book shelf. Please email me for pics, let's say it is a bit bohemianely decorated. :P

The rent is 1800, plus utility, which comes down to about 80 per month. I have an e-scooter you can borrow for free for that month too, but I will need some ID as deposit in case it is stolen or broken etc.
