Hello!
My name is Leonora and Im a 26-year old kindergarten art teacher from the U.S. I am looking for a female roomate to fill the room in my 2-bedroom apartment. My roomate is leaving so you would be subletting for her. The lease is from now (June 1st) until September 8th, but we can extend if we need to or if you feel its a good match.

The rent is 2,200 RMB per month, and you would need to pay 3 months worth (June-July-and-August) to my old roomate. I am flexible with the time, but we would need 3 full months of rent. And then after that if you decide to stay longer, you would continue paying to the landlord.

The location is perfect, its in the Guomao area, only a 5 minute walk to Central Park (where you have Jenny Lou's supermarket) and Fortune Plaza, and near the Jintaixizhou subway station.
