Looking for a small studio space to record, mix and produce music in Gulou / Dongcheng area (not to live in). It will not be loud bands, or exessive noise, but there may be a tiny amount of music coming through the door occasionally - nothing extreme, just home speakers. All I need is 5 or 6 square meters. Convenient: next to the Gu Lou Sub Station, the north second ring road nearby. The new line of metro would be expected to be completed in the end of this year. So, this position has quite considerable long-term value.

Quality: Landlady’s husband is engineer; they did their best for it, every wood, tail, floor, and even painting on the wood. You can feel that they are using their “heart” to decorate and protect it.

Style: exterior is traditional feeling, interior is mixed by traditional and modern. kitchen and bath are obvious.

Asking price: 35.000RMB/M. Can be discussed.
By the way, landlady told me that not only clients select house, but also landlord select clients too. She likes quiet and steady client as their lessee, and every thing is easy talking. I double check it is a nice courtyard.
