We got two furnished appartements to rent, both two bed rooms, two bathroom, kitchen and a big living room.
The apartments are on the same floor, third floor with elevator.
The first apartment is slightly smaller than the second, around 143 sq meters and the other one must be around 150
Both appartements comme fully furnished and some additional appliances like kitchenware are available too, (oven, rice cooker, DVD player etc..)
The furnishing style is very sleek , western and of good quality.
The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient,with super markets, restaurants and banks nearby, jianguomen subway station is 7 mins walk.
The price includes the heating fees and the management fees, which are very high, about 900 yuan a month.
The apartments are in a very safe little compound, and it does not feel like you are only a few hundred meters away from the East second ring !
