There are Fuli square, Shuangjing subway station,Carrefour, and also several high-quality communities around.

As more and more foreign friends start moving into this area, it is becoming a small bar street gradually. In addition, there is the 22art area which host painting, sculpture, china and many other kinds of art exhibitions. So if you want to have a good apt at a lower price but have a convient modern life in the downtown area, shuangjing is absolutely your best choice.

Pingod community is at most 10mis to shuangjing subway station. There is enough space with trees and water to have a walk inside. It is also the 22nd.art area location which always host many exhibitions.

The community dates back to the summer of 2010 so it is pretty new and clean. There is good air-conditioning in the spacious elevators and the layout of most apts are also perfect.

The 1br apt I am trying to recommend to you is 60sqm, with brand new furniture and home appliance, western bathroom and modern interior design.
