There is an apartment outside west gate of PKU.It is a place around 5 mins walk to the subway（line 4） and bus station.It feel like those houses in "Gulou" area of Bejing.

It is a cozy and artful place feel like a cafe,clean and tidy;kitch and barthrooms are shared (two living romms and restrooms.)People are leading a buzy and quite study life in university ,seldom party inside.

It is not a tall building,and ur room is comparely small, around 10 square meters with air condition,nice decorated. 1300RMB/month,(there are two of them now,you can consider one of them as bedroom and another as studying room as the others).one of the month is for deposit

hi,do you want to find a place to stay near Beijing university and Qinhua university and Wudaokou? here is it. my apartment is a 3bed-room apartment.i uesed to be a chinese teacher .this apartment is very very clean like a 4 stars hotel.internet and all furnitures works very well.kitchen,bathroom,living room are very nice as well.this apartment is in Beijing university's campus,very safe and quiet.if you live here ,i can lend you a nice bike, then you go to the sammer palace,old summer palace,Wudaokou ,Qinghua university will be very convnient,only 5minutes by bike.becouse the 3rooms are different size. the price is different.from the biggest to the small room,the monthly price is 3200RMB,2900RMB,1900RMB.you can take any one you want.

I'm urgently looking for a room near subway line 4 in Haidian, preferably around Peking or Renmin Universities. I need to move in ASAP and will be here for at least nine months. I am from Australia and working in the Xiangshan area in the north west.

I'm hoping to spend less than 3500 yuan and would prefer something furnished and with friendly housemates.

Apartment needed - Line 10 or Zhong Guan Cun (中关村)

I'm currently apartment hunting and need somewhere close to Zhong Guan Cun (15 minute walk max) or anywhere along line 10. I need to move in on June 1st.

Requirements:
- Modern furnishings and appliances
- Good kitchen
- 70sm minimum
- Well maintained and decorated
- up to 6000RMB per month
- 1 or 2 bedrooms with separate living. I ideally has a 1 bedroom with second study room.

I'm looking to rent by myself, but I'll also consider an apartment share. My max budget for a share is 4000/month.
