Hello

I am a 24 year old Danish student - Heading to Beijing in August until around January/February 2013.

I am looking either for a shared flat or a room mate. I have a potential flat that we can share, for around 2500/3000, but need a room mate since its a 2person flat.

Otherwise I'm looking, primarily, for a shared flat, preferably with social people from around the world, who likes to hang out. I'm also a Couch surfing member, but if my room mates prefer not to have strange people sleeping on their couch, its off course fine with me. ;)

I'm heading to Beijing to intern in the Danish Cultural Institute, as part of my study (International Relations and Development - with a speciality in Chinese Area Studies). I love almost all sport genre, listen to jazz blues, rock and heavy metal music, and not least grabbing some cold beers with friends ;)

looking to move into an apartment soon, 1 bedroom, for a year if possible but shorter could be negotiated if needed.

I would like to find somewhere around like 5 of the subway, possibly from beixinqiao to huixinxijie Nankou (though i would be interested in anywhere around this area, as i will be teaching further out on line 5.

Possibly somewhere around Dongcheng, dongzhimen etc.

Rent of about 2000rmb, though more could be negotiated for the right place.

Looking for a small studio space to record, mix and produce music in Gulou / Dongcheng area (not to live in). It will not be loud bands, or exessive noise, but there may be a tiny amount of music coming through the door occasionally - nothing extreme, just home speakers. All I need is 5 or 6 square meters. No need for windows, no furniture or equipment needed. Air con would be nice, but not essential, I can sort that if necessary. Must be in a secure building.
