I honestly think this is the best value for money you can get in Wudaokou.

After 8 happy months living here, I am leaving my apartment in Wudaokou HuaQingJiaYuan, building n°甲5, 304.
It is available now.

Wudaokou is a large residential complex right by Wudaokou subway station. The complex is safe, quiet, and full of facilities no further than 500m (swimming pool, gym, cinema, clubs, bars, many restaurants, KTV, grocery, kids playground, massage parlor, police station, 24h-electricity service, supermarket).

This is a superb spotless and large flat with a lot of light.
There's a >60m² living room, furnished with sofas, tables, etc. There is also a laundry machine AND a dryer (that will be so convenient during the very cold winter months, I tell you!).

Your room is around 18 m² so you will also have a lot of space and privacy for yourself. You will have a large double bed, a desk, 2 massive wardrobes, a shelf, a standing mirror.

When you'll move in, you'll have nothing to buy in terms of furnishing.

I am living in a 3 bedroom apartment and looking to sublet my room for the summer. The apartment (120sq m) is located in the heart of Wudaokou in Huaqingjiayuan. It is 10 min walk to BLCU and Tsinghua and 20 min walk or short bus ride to Beijing Univ. The apartment is modern, clean and well-kept. All modern appliances including western-style washing machine. There are two bathrooms. One in the master bedroom and one shared between the other two rooms (you would use the shared bathroom). My bedroom is large with big windows and double bed. I am living with two of my friends (one chinese and one foreigner). They are nice and respectful and wont cause any problems and one will not be there for the summer. There are currently 3 months left on the lease (june, july and august). You can move in anytime after May 15th. Monthly rent is 3100 RMB plus a security deposit.
