Hi guys,
One room is available in a three bedroom apartment in Wangjing starting March 1. Bus stop is two minutes away. Subway 15 is about 2 to 3 bus stops away and Subway 10 is about 4 to 5 bus stop away. It is located just across New World Department Store. A very convenient location with lots of malls and supermarkets. Ikea is also just a few bus stops away. You will be living with four other girls but will only share a bathroom with one.
You: a girl, non-smoker, clean and friendly
Roommates: 4 chinese girls, 2 can speak really good english and the other two can speak some. They are all working so they are usually home only in the evenings. They also love to cook.
The room: The room is quite big with a queen size bed and a large cabinet. The only downside to the room is you have to go through a roommate's bedroom to go to the living room.
The apartment: the apartment is quite big and fully furnished. You share the living room and kitchen with the others. For the bathroom, you only have to share it with one other roommate. Electricity, gas, water and internet costs are shared.

Beautiful Courtyard / Hutong / Looking for nice flatmate

Hi!

We are an easy going chinese/foreign couple, looking for a nice flatmate for our court yard close to Chaoyangmen North Street (south of ghost street - 7 minutes by taxi to Sanlitun)

The beautiful yard (yes the pictures are real) has two sleeping rooms and two bath-rooms, as well as a nice kitchen and a cosy study/dining room. It is completely renovated and has floor-heating, radiators and air-condition.
The yard has a fruit-tree, a swing in the garden and a roof-terrace for the summer time.

Depending on how we share the sleeping rooms, the rent is between 6.500 and 7.500 RMB plus a cleaning service. ( the electricity is separated between the rooms).

My apartment ----is located in CBD area of Beijing, San Yuan Qiao precisely, close to Hilton and Renainssance Hotel, AirChina plaza and Chaoyang park, with both the convenient traffic and a quiet living environment. Mature living facilities such as park, exercising area, supermarket, book stores are in walk distance,and, most importantly, is surrounded by banks and restaurants with various taste. ( If you know Chinese food, you got to know how important it is)
The comfy rooms ----is on the 6 floor, one room in a triple bedroom apartment with phenomenal park view, 16sqm, single bed, air-conditioner, closet, bookshelf and broad band. Fridge and washing machine is in living room and kitchen. And kitchen, is always ready for any of your exotic and delicious meal. Water, gas, electricity are supposed to be split among roommates.
