I am Danny, 21 years old, a British student from Oxford university. I will be living in Beijing for a year,studying at PKU and I am very keen to find roomates soon.

Ideally chinese speakers, or french;spanish;portuguese speakers so that we can have a cool international student flat [any language is cool, those are the ones im trying to learn though lol]. I spent a year living in an ERASMUS flat in Madrid and would love to get a similar situation in Beijing. A kind of perpetual language exchange situation.

I want to live in the Wudaokou area and probably pay maximum 4000perperson, but would prefer to pay much less. 4 or more rooms would be ideal but less is okay

Hi Iam Tina,
Actually I am from Germany and I am in Beijing since last August. I am living in Wangjing in a big apartment (4th floor) with other flatmates. All in all it's 4 bedrooms, a huge living room with a balcony and a kitchen (We have 3 bathrooms to share). Aaaand...one of us will be leaving by the beginning of July!

The room is really nice and has all the furniture inside already (bed, big cupboards, desk,...).
It's only a 10min walk to the next subway (Wangjing West, line 13 and 15) and many closed big busstops (so the connection to get here is perfect)!
In the apartment we already have everything, like a washing mashine, a fridge, cutlery, pots, clothes drying rack, etc.
Per room it is 2500Yuan per month (+121 for energy).

we are renting a room in our Sanlitun flat. it has all the amenities included, T.V., refrigerator, wifi, king sized super comfprtable bed, desk etc., nice room and a nice apartment in fact it is newly rennovated. The area has many shops, restaurants, bars, etc and is located 1/2 block from workers stadium and 5 minutes from sanlitun village. we would prefer a long term renter if possible. rent is 3500 per month plus 500 rmb utilities (wifi, electric, hot and cold water, gas, heating, air conditioning, etc. for a little extra cash we have a live in Aiyi who's services are available as well.
you: single easy going and not cazy
us: married couple with a 4.5 year old son, easy going, we own our own businesses and are generally home late and gone on weekends.

Since we are all going back home, we are searching for people who want to finish our contract (15th of June to 15th of September, contract is renewable for another year). Please also contact us, if you are just searching for a single room in a nice shared apartment!
The apartment is huge (220sqm) with kitchen, amazing living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite). All rooms are fully and newly furnished (all have a desk as well), the kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
The rent is about 2500 kuai for one room, Internet is already paid until the end of contract. The landlady is very nice and taking care of everything!

It is only a 10 minutes walk to subway line 10 Anzhenmen station. You can reach Sanlitun as well as Wudaokou within 20 minutes.
There are several busses stopping just around the corner, Gulou is a 10 minute bus ride away.
