Hello all,

After a trip from Shanghai to Spain overland and two years at University I am finally preparing for my trip back to China. I will be doing an internship and then studying at qinghua from May until January.

Im looking for either a room or roomates to join me in renting out a sweet flat near Andingmen/yonghegong/dongzhimn station.

There are a couple things Im looking to get in a place

A pretty nice place, preferably with pretty nice view
An "ayi" or house cleanor
Some, not enough to be disruptive, summer bbqs and parties and potlucks
A creative, respectful and relaxed atmosphere
A garden
no cats, sorry

If you live in a house like this or are looking to live in a house like this lets see if we can make it work.
