Easygoing male Canadian teacher, 40, is looking for a roommate for nice, well-lit apartment in dongsi shitiao (one stop south of Dongzhimen)

Your bedroom is 2600. The only thing that sucks is you have to pay a 1300 yuan agency fee. I did too. And the usual, 3 months and deposit upfront.

But its in a super location, a nice friendly neighbourhood, we're 10 minutes walk to Dongzhimen and 5 to Dongsishitiao.

You:
are a non smoker (this is a must, I quit 6 months ago so noooo temptations)
are willing to commit for 6 months (I dont wanna do this again in September)
are considerate
have a life (I dont want a couch potato roommate)
have a sense of humour
don't bring ladies of the night home
don't have a partner who thinks this is their apartment too (I want ONE flatmate only!)

Dear Beijingers,

I am going back home after a great year in Beijing. Unfortunately this implies that I also have to leave our great apartment in Haiyuncang to someone else. If you like living in an international shared apartment with two adorable and young professional girls, then this room will be perfect for you.

We are living here since a month and are the first people to live here after it got totally renovated. Before we lived together somewhere else but then we found this place! Our 160 square meter apartment is a duplex on the top floor. Downstairs is the shared space with a living room (TV + fridge), fully equipped kitchen (over + micro wave + washing machine) and the two rooms of the girls.

My super-sized room is on the second floor with a private bathroom (rain shower, toilet and sink), airconditioning, the best King Sized bed in Beijing (western standard), lots of storage space in two big wardrobes. There is a veranda space of 30+ square meter where you can dry clothes, have friends coming over for drinks/diner or just relax in the sun (south-oriented).

Hi,
I am looking for a sublet in the Dongzhimen, Dongsishitiao area from July 5th to August 5th in a price range up to 2700 RMB. I am relatively flexible on the dates and location, so if you have anything pretty close to that let me know.
About me, I am 25 years old, from Chicago, USA. I am about to becoming a student again and pursue an MBA. I have previously worked and lived in Beijing, and am coming back for part of the summer to further my Chinese studies. I think I can get along with just about anybody, but if rooming I would prefer to live with a non-smoker, or someone that did not smoke in the apartment.

We are a group of multi-cultural people in their late 20's and early 30's are looking for the third roommate to fit in the one room that will be available for rent in a 3 bdr 2 bathrooms duplex in haiyuncang in Dongsishitiao area starting June 1st.

About the room:
CNY 3000/month plus utility, around 100 per month that covers internet, water, gas and electricity. One month rent as deposit and rent paid by month. It is the biggest room of the duplex, located on the first floor. The room is furnished with a king size bed, big wardrobe, study desk, a couch and lots of sun light.

About the apt:
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 full kitchen, 1 bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It has full appliances with a fridge, microwave oven, 2 washing machine, TV, DVD player, tons of movies, wireless internet and cable TV, 4 ACs in every room plus the living room. Smoking in the kitchen. No pets.
