Nice room for rent in dongzhimen, 2500yuan a month

We're two european girls looking for a third roommate for the middle-sized room in our duplex apartment for the months of July and August.

The room is bright with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
All the rooms are upstairs, with a very nice bathroom with a big western shower. Downstairs there is a fully-fitted kitchen, a spacious living room and a small washroom with western laundry washing machine.

The apartment is 5mins walk from dongzhimen subway, 10mins from dongsishitiao and 15-20 mins walk to Sanlitun (the Village). There are lots of small restaurants and western shops around, Jenny Lou's, April Gourmet...

The rent is 2500/month, and you won't need to pay a deposit.
Gas, electricity, internet etc. is about 100 per person and month. We're looking for an easy going 20-35 years old new roommate, guys and girls both ok.

Guest Bedroom in 2BR flat, MOMA WanGuoCheng, Dongzhimen 3800/M

I'm looking for a new room mate to fill the guest bedroom. The flat has western style amenities and is on the 22nd floor in MOMA WanGuoCheng.10 minute walk away from Dongzhimen Subway station. 12 RMB cab to Sanlitun. 2 Bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room, and balcony.

The Guest Bedroom will be available for rent after the 1st of June for 3800RMB/M plus utilities that arrive to around 150RMB/M. The rent is in 3 month installments and there is a 1 month deposit.

I'm looking to share the flat with a non-smoking professional with a sense of humor and who can stay for 6 months or more. It's a plus if you've lived in beijing for a while.

About me: 26 year old american architect living in beijing for about 2 years. I work long hours but like to relax with friends on the weekend.
