Need a Roomate/Sublet for a room near Guomao

Hello!
My name is Leonora and Im a 26-year old kindergarten art teacher from the U.S. I am looking for a female roomate to fill the room in my 2-bedroom apartment. My roomate is leaving so you would be subletting for her. The lease is from now (June 1st) until September 8th, but we can extend if we need to or if you feel its a good match.

The rent is 2,200 RMB per month, and you would need to pay 3 months worth (June-July-and-August) to my old roomate. I am flexible with the time, but we would need 3 full months of rent. And then after that if you decide to stay longer, you would continue paying to the landlord.

The location is perfect, its in the Guomao area, only a 5 minute walk to Central Park (where you have Jenny Lou's supermarket) and Fortune Plaza, and near the Jintaixizhou subway station. The room has one full sized bed and plenty of storage space. The apartment has air conditioning, a washer, and a TV.

I am looking for a responsible female who doesn't drink too much or smoke and is quiet and easy going. I am focused on my work and also love meeting new people. I am easy going and like to be clean..

the apartment is situated in a lovely gated community near Ciyunsi Bridge (Sihui Station) and close to all commodities (fitness centre, shops, banks, restaurants, Carrefour and lots of coffeehouses all within walking distance). Five mins to subway line one.24hours security. You will be sharing the apartment with us - one Chinese girl, 26 and one Austrian girl, 27.
It's a great apartment with WIFI, fully furnished, big kitchen and a large living room. We have a TV with a DVD player, satellite with lots of channels.The bedroom is equipped with a desk, a large bed and a large wardrobe, TV & DVD Player. You will be sharing the bathroom and the common parts. The rent is only 2400 RMB /month per room +300bills(this includes all bills, i.e. heating fee, gas, electricity, Wifi, management fee, cleaning fee, hot & cool water).
