Hi! I'm about to leave Beijing and am looking for someone to move into my room.

The room is of a decent size in a well-kept flat shared with two Chinese guys who are very easy-going and who both speak excellent English. The flat is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from Liangmaqiao metro (Line 10), with numerous buses a few minutes away. It is also within walking distance of the Lufthansa Centre, Airport Express station and Sanlitun.

It should be available from the middle of June, and long term roommates are preferred. The rent is 1800/month, paid in 3 month instalments with 1 month's deposit up front. This includes all utilities, and the wifi contract will be renewed in August.

Looking for somebody to rent an apartment with in Liangmaqiao/Sanlitun general area

I'll be looking for an apartment in the CBD area, preferably near Liangmaqiao, for a years rent starting in July. It would be cool to meet somebody in a similar situation looking to share an apartment. I'm 23, from Ireland, and like sports, videogames and going out. I'm pretty easygoing and have lived in Beijing for about two years in the past. I have pretty good Chinese so if my roommate could speak Chinese also this would be a bonus. I'll be working in the CBD, looking to share rent for about 3000rmb-6000rmb given the selection of options and good deals out there.
