My name is Henry Chen and I am looking for a roommate beginning on August 1st, 2012. The flat is located on the 11th floor of an apartment building just to the south of Beijing Normal University. It is 10 minutes by bike from either Jishuitan station on Line 2 or Xizhimen station on Line 4 and 13th. Near to north second ring.

My roommate is leaving and anyone with her qualities would be appreciated: considerate, responsible, communicative. I am turning 27, from Canada and studying counseling psychology at Beijing Normal University. I prefer a roommate who will stay for at least one year.

Flat 90 m2 has two rooms, a big living room, one bathroom and one
kitchen. Flat faces to the west, nice light on the evening, you can
even watch the sunset.

Fee:
Room costs 2500 yuan/month. Need to pay to
landlord 3 month in advance plus one month room caution fee. Heating
costs covered.

Totally furnished apartment:
Has washing machine,fridge, microwave, television, wireless Internet, all basic kitchen
utilities etc.
