Hi.

My roomate is permanently moving out of town, early next month, and his smaller room (which is warmer and has its own private washroom) is available for 2800 rmb each month (plus bills). I'm looking for someone who is between 22-35 years old, a non-smoker, has something to do with their time (work/study) and is considerate and tidy.

The apartment complex (15 buildings) is a 5 min walk from Wangjing Xi subway station on line 13, which is very convenient and only takes 12 minutes from this stop to Dongzhimen (also has the least passenger traffic of all the subway lines). You can't find anything more convenient in Wangjing or Lido. After having looked a lot, I'd say it's also the best for the price on the North side of San Li Tun. (30 rmb taxi to San Li Tun or 2 rmb subway to Dongzhimen)

The complex has a free sauna (not so nice) within a large swimming pool (with hot tub), a small (but good) gym, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, one squash court, ping pong, billiards and more ....... all of which are free in our facilities areas. There's also a nice forest style courtyard, which is quite large.

The apartment is 108m^2, has 2 bedrooms, big living room with a dining/study area and one big very clean (western) bathroom. The furniture is modern IKEA style (this is the reason why I chose it) and the apartment itself is well maintained. It is located at Linda Bei Lu, Tsinghua and the Wudaokou subway are just 2km away, which is less than 5 min by taxi (same by e-bike), 12 min by bicycle, or 2 bus stops (taxi costs 10rmb/1.5$, bus 1rmb). You can find the location here, the name of the compound is Qingfeng Huajingyuan (the full address in Chinese is - 海淀区林大北路清枫华景园3号楼4). The apartment has central heating and each room and living room has an A/C. The complex is managed by a 3rd party company, which the owner pays for (including heating). The rooms/kitchen are fully furnished (some items are not in the photos).

The remaining roommate is girl and an HEC/Tsinghua MBA student, from Singapore (speaks English, French, German, and Chinese, which can be very helpful if you are here just for a short time).
