This is the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment.

The apartment is really nice, clean and western style. It's facing the sun so it's got lots of natural light. Flat screen tv, big couch, dining table, washer, kitchen, etc.
Master bathroom is large and western, with seperate bath tub and shower. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Central air, so you get to control your AC in the summer and heat in the winter.

Location is in Sanyuan Dongqiao, so right near the US Embassy, Home Plate BBQ, etc. It's 10 kuai cab from Sanlitun, subway is 5 minute walk to line 10. The complex is modern and safe, with elevators and key cards. There are tons of restaurants and shops around, it's actually a really great area.

Roommates are professional, responsible and clean.

Rent is 5000 paid every month, includes all utilities, internet, and a maid that comes 3x per week. Hoping for someone to move in around end of June / Early July. I've got more pictures if you'd like to see some more of the apartment.

Looking for roommate in Western Apartment starting mid-June

The location is just off of xiaoyun lu, so very near the US embassy, right across from Home Plate BBQ. It's a 10 kuai cab to Sanlitun, 10 minute walk to subway line 10, surrounded by tons of great restaurants and shops. The complex is modern and safe, with key cards and elevators.

The room is one of two spare rooms in a 3 bedroom apartment, sharing a western bathroom which includes bath tub / shower.

The apartment is modern and nice, with flatscreen tv, big couch, washer, dining table, huge windows with lots of natural light, great hardwood floors, etc.

Rent is 3900 paid monthly, and includes all utilities, internet, and a maid that comes 3x per week.
