If you are students who study in BLCU or Tsinghua, it’s the best choice for you to live here, for it’s so quiet and nice. Looking for new 3th roommate in 130sm² flat next zhuxinzhuang station( only 4 staions away from Wudaokou). The room is around 15-20sm² large, completely furnished. We have in total 3 bedrooms, a huge living room with a really comfortable couch, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, in total 130sm².
Location is lingxiuhuigu(领秀慧谷), around 10 Minutes to zhuxinzhuang station.from zhuxinzhuang station to xierqi Station take 10 Minutes. Zhuxinzhuang is only 4 staions away from Wudaokou.

A roommate is moving out in a week, so we need someone to take his room for at least the entire summer. We live in a tasteful, fully-furnished apartment in Huaqing Jiayuan, and the apartment's lease will be up the first week of September.

The rent is 3100 RMB per month.

The room's the biggest among the three rooms, with a spacious desk, a double bed, and a balcony-esque area at the back, though you'd have to share a toilet with the other roommate. We're available this weekend if you're interested to check out the place.

I will move back to Europe June 20th. So I’m looking for the next roommate to take my room in a 3-bedroom apartment with 3 other roommates. Rent is 2500 RMB, no deposit fee. The room is fully furnished (as well as the apartment). As it is common practice to pay the rent for a period of 6 months in advance, you will only have to pay me the remaining 2 months until end of August. After that you either extend the contract for 6 more months or you can move out. Therefore, there is little risk involved!
