The apartment is less than five minutes walk to subway-line 2 and 5 and a busline straight to Sanlitun just across the street.

This is the best bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment.

The apartment is really nice, clean and New classical style. 200sqm three bedroom and two bathroom, now only I am living in here. It's facing the sun south so it's got lots of natural light. Flat screen tv, big couch, dining table, washer, kitchen, etc.

The bedroom has a king size bed. Central air, and you will have your own bathroom.

Location is near Xiao Yun Road, Name is US United Apartment, so right near the US Embassy. It's 10 kuai cab from Sanlitun, subway is 5 minute walk to line 10 liangmaqiao station. The complex is modern and safe, with elevators and key cards. There are tons of restaurants and shops around, it's actually a really great area.

Roommates are professional, responsible and clean.

Rent is 6000 paid every month, long time stay or short time stay all so fine, I've got more pictures if you'd like to see some more of the apartment.

Looking for somebody to rent an apartment with in Liangmaqiao/Sanlitun general area

I'll be looking for an apartment in the CBD area, preferably near Liangmaqiao, for a years rent starting in July. It would be cool to meet somebody in a similar situation looking to share an apartment. I'm 23, from Ireland, and like sports, videogames and going out. I'm pretty easygoing and have lived in Beijing for about two years in the past. I have pretty good Chinese so if my roommate could speak Chinese also this would be a bonus. I'll be working in the CBD, looking to share rent for about 3000rmb-6000rmb given the selection of options and good deals out there.

Hi,
I'm an Ecuadorian student who is looking for a roommate during my stay in Beijing. I'm currently doing an MBA exchange program at a well-known business school and I will be staying for the next 5 months.

I'm currently renting a 2-bedroom apartment (80spm) at a very spacious and confortable compound only at 1 min walk from the Shuangjing metro station. The room has a double bed, a big armoire, an individual air conditioner and a night table (you will be sharing the bathroom). There are plenty of restaurants, stores and supermarkets in the area.

The room is available for 4500 RMB per month everything included (wi-fi, washing machine, LCD Tv, balcony, hot water, cleaning lady once a week) except electricity charges and it requires 1 month of guarantee. I have already shared places in Paris and Madrid before, and made some really good friends.

I'm looking for a roommate whose age is between 20 to 30 years old, preferably another student, that is easy going and organized, non smoker and no pets. If you have any additional questions please email me at:
