This is the master bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment.

The apartment is really nice, clean and western style. It's facing the sun so it's got lots of natural light. Flat screen tv, big couch, dining table, washer, kitchen, etc.
Master bathroom is large and western, with seperate bath tub and shower. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Central air, so you get to control your AC in the summer and heat in the winter.

Location is in Sanyuan Dongqiao, so right near the US Embassy, Home Plate BBQ, etc. It's 10 kuai cab from Sanlitun, subway is 5 minute walk to line 10. The complex is modern and safe, with elevators and key cards. There are tons of restaurants and shops around, it's actually a really great area.

Roommates are professional, responsible and clean.

Rent is 5000 paid every month, includes all utilities, internet, and a maid that comes 3x per week. Hoping for someone to move in around end of June / Early July. I've got more pictures if you'd like to see some more of the apartment.

Big room at Chaoyang Park West Gate

We need to find a new roommate in our big apartment at Chaoyang Park West Gate. The room for rent is quite large. It has it's own bathroom with a bathtub and it's own balcony. The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, a living room with another balcony, a dining room, a large kitchen and a laundry room. You would be living with an awesome guy and girl both from America. The total rent for the apartment is 10,500RMB but since the room is so large and has it's own bathroom the rent it 4,500RMB to be paid every two months.
