Since I have to leave China earlier as planned, I am looking for somebody to take over my lease.

I have to leave on June 16th and the current lease is running till September 30th, which means the apartment would be available from:
16.05.2012 – 30.09.2012

If you are looking for a new tenant, you can even rent the apartment shorter than the current lease. Staying longer is also no problem. The landlord is really friendly and helpful.

I am the first tenant since the renovation of the apartment. Everything is new: kitchen, bathroom, fridge, washing machine, AC, bed, tv etc. I just lived here for two months now!

The apartment has a bedroom, small living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The compound is called Gong Ti Bei Li, located at the north side of the workers stadium. It is on the 5th floor in a building without elevator. It’s a very central location!

The rent is 4300RMB per month. It was by far the best deal for a 1 bedroom apartment in this area when I was looking for a place to stay. There is no additional agency fee!
To move in you have to pay the rent for 2 months and the deposit, which is 1 month of rent.1
