It is completely renovated and has floor-heating, radiators and air-condition.<br /> The yard has a fruit-tree, a swing in the garden and a roof-terrace for the summer time.</p> <p>Depending on how we share the sleeping rooms, the rent is between 6.500 and 7.500 RMB plus a cleaning service.
