My current flatmates are traveling at the end of June and I'm seeking 3 new people to join our spacious, lovely apartment in Shuangjing from June-end of August, perfect time for summer internships or courses.

A bit about our place: 150 sq m with 1 huge living room, dining space, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with big windows and a balcony, two bathrooms, and amenities (washer, tv, stove, fridge, etc). Big red couches and wifi. 10-15 min walk to Shuangjing subway (exit A).

A bit about me: American (f), studied in Paris and currently completing my Masters in Beijing. I like to cook, dance, travel, and talk politics.

A bit about you: Looking for someone easygoing, considerate, with experience living with other cultures. Non-smoker, no pets. The rest is up to you!

A bit about finances: rent is 2500RMB/mo.

We have one bedroom available for rent in a large 3-bedroom flat located between Guomao and Shuanjing subway stations. The complex is called CBD Headquarter Apartments II. The flat is on the 19th floor and features a large living room with flat screen TV, sound system, WiFi Internet, Nintendo Wii, washing machine, Western-style bathrooms, and magnificent views of Beijing's central business district. Nearby are lots of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, laundry services, shops, etc.

The room is available starting 31st May. The price is 2900 RMB per month, plus two month's refundable deposit. Utilities cost approximately 100-200 RMB per month. We also have an Ayi (maid) who comes twice per week.
