For the room is about 20sqm, its on the 8th floor of a brand new building,24 hours elevator;hot water; security/it has Air conditioner/wardrobe/desk/chair/big bed/bed side cabnit/...and fast speed for the internet(WIFI)10mbs.
Its very nice to living in this area, we have KFC/2 great supper markets& shopping mall/restarurants/parks/KTV/Movie theater/bars/coffee/tea house/hospital/dental clinic.... more and more you can found at here!
no matter you can stay for short term or long term, both are welcome! you can always pay me month by month. for the deposit(2200rmb) is one month's rent.

We have one bedroom available for rent in a large 3-bedroom flat located between Guomao and Shuanjing subway stations. The complex is called CBD Headquarter Apartments II. The flat is on the 19th floor and features a large living room with flat screen TV, sound system, WiFi Internet, Nintendo Wii, washing machine, Western-style bathrooms, and magnificent views of Beijing's central business district. Nearby are lots of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, laundry services, shops, etc.

The room is available starting 31st May. The price is 2900 RMB per month, plus two month's refundable deposit. Utilities cost approximately 100-200 RMB per month. We also have an Ayi (maid) who comes twice per week.
