I have a two bedroom apartment right across the street from Solana mall on Lucky street. My current roommate is leaving june 8th and i need someone to fill in the empty room and cover his half of the rent.

I am a Mexican-American, 24 years old, and pretty chill. Im actually not home most of the time so you'd pretty much have the place to yourself.

The apartment is pretty big, not sure about square feet but there is a bar in the living room and the kitchen is a good size. It is also furnished with sofa, dining table, refrigerator, and bed.

Rent is 2700 RMB flat, that includes electricity, gas, water, etc.

Hi I'm a Spanish guy working in Beijing. I just rent a nice 2-bed roommate in Lishui Garden, next to Chaoyang Park. It's about 90sqm and on the 23rd floor and facing the Garden. You can see attached pictures.
The room costs RMB3200/month, including the management fee, excluding the utility fee. 1 month deposit and 3 months payment.

The room will be available from the 1st of June.
