My flatmate's moving out at the end of the month, so I (a 28-year old male) am looking for a new flatmate to take over his bedroom. We live in a large, quiet, two-bedroom flat in 百环家园 (Baihuan Jiayuan compound) in Shuangjing, just a 5-min walk from Shuangjing metro station. It's an ideal location for somebody working in the CBD.

There's a Carrefour, BHG & some Chinese supermarkets, plus a couple of 7-11s, a market and lots of restaurants in the area.

The bedroom comes with aircon, queen-size bed, large desk/shelves unit. Wireless internet, washing machine, microwave, fully-equipped kitchen and all the other usual stuff is all there.

The rent is RMB 2,750 per month and, as is the norm, we pay every 3 months.
There're no agency fees, but you'll need to pay one-month's rent as a deposit.
