Hi!

We are an easy going chinese/foreign couple, looking for a nice flatmate for our court yard close to Chaoyangmen North Street (south of ghost street - 7 minutes by taxi to Sanlitun)

The beautiful yard (yes the pictures are real) has two sleeping rooms and two bath-rooms, as well as a nice kitchen and a cosy study/dining room. It is completely renovated and has floor-heating, radiators and air-condition.
The yard has a fruit-tree, a swing in the garden and a roof-terrace for the summer time.

Depending on how we share the sleeping rooms, the rent is between 6.500 and 7.500 RMB plus a cleaning service. ( the electricity is separated between the rooms).

If you like to live in an "original" chinese area in a nice hutong, with many nice and cheap restaurants, a close subway-line and busses, this is the place you were looking for

Hi, I have a room available in Dongsishitiao, this apartment is located between Dongsishitiao (3-5mins walk) and Chaoyangmen (7-10mins walk) subway station on line 2. Its a short bus ride to Sanlitun, Nanluoguxiang, Beihai etc.

This is the smaller room in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on the 16th level, the apartment is cosy and faces south, so all the rooms have plenty of sunshine. There is currently an American male living in the larger room. Lease for this apartment expires on 31st April, but landlord is open to extension of contract thereafter. The American is looking to extend the contract until early July, so if you can stay till then it will be perfect. Rent for this room is 2400rmb per month if you are staying till end April.

I am not an agent, and there are no agent fees or any fees other than the rent and deposit.
