If you are students who study in BLCU or Tsinghua, it’s the best choice for you to live here, for it’s so quiet and nice. The spacious master room (with its bathroom,the boy lives there),middle room (2600yuan， you can rent it on June 30th ) and another cozy room (the girl lives there) are waiting for you , you three share the rent , paid in 3-month plus one month rent as deposit.

I am Danny, 21 years old, a British student from Oxford university. I will be living in Beijing for a year,studying at PKU and I am very keen to find roomates soon.

Ideally chinese speakers, or french;spanish;portuguese speakers so that we can have a cool international student flat [any language is cool, those are the ones im trying to learn though lol]. I spent a year living in an ERASMUS flat in Madrid and would love to get a similar situation in Beijing. A kind of perpetual language exchange situation.

I want to live in the Wudaokou area and probably pay maximum 4000perperson, but would prefer to pay much less. 4 or more rooms would be ideal but less is okay

There's a bedroom with a bathroom available in Wudaokou, Lindabeilu, Wenchengjiezuo (only 10kuai from wudaokou subway station). The location is really nice! As I know, it's the most quite place in Wudaokou area!

The apartment has got 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms. The living room is huge, the whole apartment is pretty spacious. Utilities fee will share with flatmate. At the moment there's a korean girl living in the master bedroom. She's cool in everyway. She barely speaks english so it's really helpful if you r learning chinese. The payment is 2400RMB/month. 6months+deposit 24000RMB. You'll have your own bathroom so it's a good deal!!!

The place is really really nice!! I wouldn't move out if I weren't moving back to my country.
