Hi! I'm about to leave Beijing and am looking for someone to move into my room.

The room is of a decent size in a well-kept flat shared with two Chinese guys who are very easy-going and who both speak excellent English. The flat is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from Liangmaqiao metro (Line 10), with numerous buses a few minutes away. It is also within walking distance of the Lufthansa Centre, Airport Express station and Sanlitun.

It should be available from the middle of June, and long term roommates are preferred. The rent is 1800/month, paid in 3 month instalments with 1 month's deposit up front. This includes all utilities, and the wifi contract will be renewed in August.

Looking for 1-2 female roomate(s) to share a 2 bedroom apartment in a nice residential compound Tongzhou. I am a Chinese female currently occupying the master bedroom. My bedroom contains the master bath and there is another shared bathroom (no shower). There are two beds and a desk in the unoccupied room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large TV and couches in the living room which has a nice view as the apartment is on the 10th floor. The closest subway station is Jiukeshu and there is a bus that goes to Guo Mao. Asking RMB 1,300 if one person takes the room, 1,500 if two people.
