Looking for new 3th roommate in 130sm² flat next zhuxinzhuang station( only 4 staions away from Wudaokou). The room is around 15-20sm² large, completely furnished. We have in total 3 bedrooms, a huge living room with a really comfortable couch, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, in total 130sm².
Location is lingxiuhuigu(领秀慧谷), around 10 Minutes to zhuxinzhuang station.from zhuxinzhuang station to xierqi Station take 10 Minutes. Zhuxinzhuang is only 4 staions away from Wudaokou.

We are a 28 years old Italian girl and a 25 years old Russian girl and we are searching for a roomate. We have a big apartment in dongzhimen wai, 5 minutes walking from the metro station. The flat is more than 100 m squares and we have two bathrooms. Your room is quite small but very confortable and in it,there is every thing that you need: a double bed, a night table, a chest of drowers and a wardrobe etc... About the room: It is on the first floor of the apt, you will be sharing the bathroom with Magret, a grad student on speech pathology from NY. The room is about 3.5 x 4.5, furnished with a double bed, study desk, wardrobe and book shelf. Please email me for pics, let's say it is a bit bohemianely decorated. :P

The rent is 1800, plus utility, which comes down to about 80 per month. I have an e-scooter you can borrow for free for that month too, but I will need some ID as deposit in case it is stolen or broken etc.
